Our campsite is located directly by the sea, with private access to a beautiful not quipped sandy beach, with pleasant and reserved rocks smoothed by the waves that you can lie down on to sunbathe. A short walk from the campsite there is the lovely inlet of Cala Sapone with equipped beach. Finally, being on an island, there are a few hundreds of meters or a few miles, other beaches, reefs, hidden and deserted bays and inlets.
From the most of the mobile homes and studios there is a beautiful view of Cala Sapone and the entire campsite. Several mobile homes and pitches also enjoy a wonderful sea view and also facing the sea to the west offers spectacular and romantic sunsets…
Yes from May to beginning of October, our fresh water pool accessible to everyone and completely free of charge, as are free of charge also our hot showers, is open the whole season from 9.30 a.m. to 7.00 p.m.
Yes we have a pizzeria open from May to October, with a takeaway over the menu and possibility of eat pizza in front of the amazing sunset of the Beach Bar or in a dedicated self-service area of the restaurant; for light lunches and chopping boards prepared with local products our Bar is available all day long.

Camping Tonnara is a great place for children: beautiful swimming pool with slide, clean bathrooms dedicated to their height, playground, and access the beach without crossing dangerous roads. Your kids will be safe on our property. The elderly will find a peaceful and relaxing environment, with no unpleasant noises, with all the services you could wish on site. The disabled will find toilets dedicated for them and direct access to the beach.
All our units are equipped with bathroom with shower and toilet and equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, 4 burner stove, cookery and cutlery).
The bungalows in masonry and the Mobile Homes yes. The cost of air conditioning is not included in the rate of the mobile home. On request (at reception).
Bed linen and towels are always included in the price of our accommodations.
The final cleaning is always done by the staff of the campsite, which is the reason why the supplement for the final cleaning is compulsory (see price list). In this way we can ensure that all facilities are delivered to guests in perfect condition, after a thorough cleaning. You have to care only about relaxing and having fun …
From mid June until the end of August there is entertainment for children (4 to 14 years). For the entertainment of adults we organize musical evenings, wine tasting, and other events and theme nights.
Of course you can enjoy the company of your furry friend on vacation, in observance of the rules, but please never forget a leash, for the tranquility of all Guests of Camping Tonnara.
From Cagliari there are shuttles to Sant’Antioco (and return), one in the morning and one in the afternoon. We can also organize individual transfers with flexible hours to suit your needs for reasonable prices. Upon arrival on the campsite you will be given the island’s tourist map with the directions of the most interesting sites and the Tonnara card for advantages and discounts on goods and services. In the area of Sant’Antioco underwater fishing is permitted (without diving bottle). There are two diving centers that can accompany you in the most beautiful diving sites. During the months of tonnara (tunny-fishing), you can also immerse yourself in the net, for a truly unique experience (for more information click here)
The campsite is located on 10 acres of nature covered by sweet-smelling Mediterranean vegetation. Between you and the sea, there is nothing. You have to learn to sleep lulled only by the lapping of waves on the shore … The peace and security within the camping, frequented mainly by families, is guaranteed by the Regulation and compliance rules on silence, as well as the service surveillance and guardianship.
Throughout the opening season of Camping Tonnara (from April to October) the weather allows you to enjoy a fantastic holiday in Sardinia. Spring has pleasant temperatures, some rain usually until mid-May, summer is dry, hot, but pleasantly breezy, the first autumn rains usually arrive in October. In spring the island is covered in greenery and flowers, in autumn in colors, fruits and berries: a spectacle of nature as not to lose, sports and excursions are favored by the climate which is less humid in this period of the year.

ore and more tourists choose to come by plane: different low cost airlines reach Cagliari from many Italian and European cities. Cagliari airport is just over 100 km from the camping: shuttles and private transfers can take you to the camping in little more than an hour. Once there, you can hire transportation, or simply relax in a corner of paradise that offers you everything you need and you can forget the car during the whole period of your stay.
The main roads (those going to the campsite from Olbia, Porto Torres and Cagliari) are all two-lane, free of charge and not busy.
In our corner of paradise the available operators are Vodafone and Tim, that’s why we provide as a free service satellite internet (Starlink) located at the Reception Area and at the Beach Bar.
For any cancellation of reservation written notice must be given at least 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival, this way a 100% refund will be given. Within 30 days no refund wil be given.
